“The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast ”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under……

“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“The room was clean, staff was wonderful breakfast was delicious. They had fresh coffee and cold/hot water available 24/7 in the lobby which we enjoyed immensely. Overall, it was good. It was the little things that I was struggling with. They only had a microwave in the lobby and many people struggled to use it. I used it but then it wouldn't turn off when I was done, it just kept going. We tried out the pool, indoors and it was COLD. We did enjoy the room with all its windows but it would have……

“We booked two nights and enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed a third night. I very seldom give a perfect score to a hotel but this was well deserved. The staff were outstanding! The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……”

“Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off.”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“There are no elevators and we had 2 large bags we had to carry upstairs. But the staff was helpful to help us carry oir bags. The location was convenient to the highway and a Walgreens and gas station”
